About the project

The main objective of this project was to develop the design of a brand for smart coffee machines, aiming to combine technology, convenience, and the experience of enjoying a quality cup of coffee. The goal was to translate these concepts into a visual identity that conveys innovation and simplicity, aligned with the expectations of a demanding audience connected to the latest trends in the smart product market.

In the design, the intention was to create a visually appealing interface that is also intuitive and easy to use, following principles of usability and responsive design. The color palette and typography were chosen to reflect modernity and sophistication, in line with the brand’s proposal of offering a premium product. The hero section was designed to make an impact on visitors as soon as they land on the site, with a featured image of the product highlighting its details and creating an immediate emotional connection.

Additionally, the visual organization of the content aimed to reduce the user’s cognitive load, making it easier to access the most relevant information, such as the product’s benefits and customer testimonials. The navigation was designed to be fluid, with a clear focus on the functionalities and differentiators of the smart coffee machines, highlighting features that enhance the consumer experience, such as remote control, a variety of brewing modes, and integration with virtual assistants.

The expression “fika” is a Swedish term that refers to a traditional social coffee break. It’s more than just drinking coffee—fika is about taking time to slow down and enjoy a moment with friends, family, or colleagues, often accompanied by pastries, cakes, or sandwiches. It’s a cultural ritual in Sweden that encourages relaxation and social connection, making it an integral part of daily life, both at work and in personal settings. The concept embodies taking a break to recharge and bond with others.
